65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao.Then he was only 5 years old.Heoften visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there,which he thought was a dragon.He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted oneto keep as a treasure.

不可否認，這些年來的努力是有了一定的成效的。然而，道高一尺魔高一丈，許多造假者的手段更加高明，黑心商販們的技巧也日漸成熟，而我們的消協(xié)卻始終固守著老一套的規(guī)矩沒有太多的變化。舉個例子，假設(shè)一個人買到了一件有問題的商品，與商家的交涉無果，于是投訴到消協(xié)，消協(xié)首先要做得先要與商家協(xié)商，如果對方買了這個面子，還好，事情算是順利解決，如果同樣不能，這時候就會要求消費者到有關(guān)部門去對商品作技術(shù)上的鑒定，鑒定的費用也要有消費者自己承擔，況且作技術(shù)鑒定的費用有時會超過商品本身的價格，那么就算消費者最終投訴成功，得到了賠償，這期間耗費的時間，花掉的精力，也使得這種賠償變成了得不償失。單這一點，就會讓很多人打了退堂鼓。耗不起這個精力，時間，還有金錢。除非是向王海那樣的職業(yè)打假者，或者是商品的價格不菲，不然，平頭百姓誰會經(jīng)得起如此的折騰？
也正因為這一點，造成了很多人吃了虧就自認倒霉，導致一些不法商家的不法行為屢禁不止的現(xiàn)象。
什么是朋友?誰是你最好的朋友?你了解他(她)嗎?
